 In today's fast-paced and competitive business world, one of the biggest priorities for companies is being more innovative than their competitors and to continuously drive business growth. As an entrepreneur, I completely understand this but have also succumbed to burnouts in the process. That’s why I offer Mindfulness Breaks to businesses looking to prioritize the well-being of their employees. Research shows that employees who are given mindfulness breaks are 12% more productive than their counterparts (1).

Guided Meditation

When employees feel supported and valued, they are motivated to perform their best. Our goal will aim to help your employees combat the stress of the modern workplace by providing them with yoga, stretch or meditation breaks that promote mindfulness and relaxation. These mindfulness breaks will not only have your employees feeling better, but they’ll also enjoy work more. This, in turn, leads to improved business outcomes and success.

Sessions are offered online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. In person sessions available for any company in the Los Angeles, California area.
