About the Event
Starting on September 10, we will send you a 5 minute instructional video everyday on yoga, certain postures and sequences that can really help build your self-esteem. Whether you've been doing yoga for 5 plus years or maybe now is the time you say "I'm going to start!" This challenge is for all levels and will guarantee you to be more confident than when you started.
Day 1 Begins September 10th - You will receive a link to your first video by 7am (Pacific)
Day 21 Ends September 30th - Last video will be given on this day!
