Class Description

Vinyasa is a term used to describe a flowing, dynamic form of yoga, where postures are linked together using breath almost like a dance. This class uses a fitness based approach and offers a variety of poses that will always be different each session. Fix your focus to gain strength, flexibility and balance while finding the tools to reduce daily stress. You will also notice overall improvements in mobility/performance and overcoming anxiety. Suggested Levels: 2-3 (Beginners welcome!) Equipment Needed: Yoga Mat. Block and strap are optional

Cancellation Policy

Please be ready at our scheduled time and be aware of the following policies: 1. If you have to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours before our scheduled session. If the cancellation is received fewer than 12 hours before the scheduled session, you will be charged 50% of the session price. 2. If I travel to you for our session, if you are not there when I arrive, I will wait 15 minutes for you before leaving. If, after 15 minutes, you have not shown up I will leave. You will then be charged for a full session. 3. If you are coming to me for our session, please be on time as the time allotted for your session is fixed and can't run over the time allotted. Individual pricing is based upon request.
