Jump on your bike, whether it's stationary or not and take a ride that really makes you sweat. With no 2 classes the same, this cardio experience aims to get you ready for your next race, the big hiking adventure or whatever life experience calls. Levels Suggested: All Levels Equipment Needed: Bike, Peloton (or similar), Treadmill, Running/Bike Trail
Please be ready at our scheduled time and be aware of the following policies: 1. If you have to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours before our scheduled session. If the cancellation is received fewer than 12 hours before the scheduled session, you will be charged 50% of the session price. 2. If I travel to you for our session, if you are not there when I arrive, I will wait 15 minutes for you before leaving. If, after 15 minutes, you have not shown up I will leave. You will then be charged for a full session. 3. If you are coming to me for our session, please be on time as the time allotted for your session is fixed and can't run over the time allotted. Individual pricing is based upon request.
