About the Event

Learn how to crow pose like a boss and use muscles you didn't know you had! Take your yoga practice to a whole new level with this arm balance workshop. Learning arm balances has proven to build incredible strength and compliment your confidence. Our schedule will be as follows.

2:00pm - Meet & Greet - What will you be proud to accomplish this week?

2:15pm - Muscle breakdown - Which muscles are actually used during application

2:30pm - Warm up

2:45pm - Crane/Crow & side crow pose tutorial

3:15pm ---- 5 min break-----

3:20pm - Strength building techniques - Mastering Side plank/ Make it fancy

3:30pm - Side arm balance tutorial

4:00pm - Cool down and Dismissal
